Ashok Prasad is the Founder of Niyyam and the driving force behind its vision of building disciplined financial systems for long-term wealth creation.
With over two decades of professional experience in the technology industry, Ashok has spent most of his career working with global technology companies in Bangalore, contributing to the development and maintenance of large-scale software platforms and enterprise technology systems.
During his professional journey, Ashok spent nearly 11 years at a global technology company that directly competes with Dropbox, where he helped build and support large-scale digital platforms used by organizations and users across multiple regions.
Ashok holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Government College of Engineering, Trivandrum (Kerala University).
Alongside his technology career, Ashok developed a strong interest in financial markets, long-term investing, and disciplined wealth creation. He successfully cleared the NISM Mutual Fund Distributor Certification Examination and is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN holder).
He has also participated in entrepreneurship development programs at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, strengthening his focus on building responsible and scalable financial platforms.
