1. Introduction
Welcome to Niyyam, a digital platform operated by Tech Margon Wealth Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using Niyyam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Regulatory Status
- Mutual Fund Distribution: Niyyam is a registered Mutual Fund Distributor with ARN No. 360119 under SEBI / AMFI guidelines.
- Applicable Jurisdiction: Services are offered only to residents of India in accordance with SEBI, AMFI
3. User Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Users must complete KYC verification as per SEBI/IRDAI/KRA requirements before making investments or purchasing policies.
- Services are strictly limited to Indian citizens and residents.
4. Nature of Services
- Niyyam provides a digital platform for execution-only transactions in Mutual Funds and Insurance products.
- We do not provide financial advice, portfolio management, or stock broking services unless explicitly stated.
- All investment and insurance decisions are solely at the discretion and risk of the user.
5. Consent & Communication
- By registering, you provide explicit consent for Niyyam to share your information with AMCs, KRAs, RTAs, insurance companies, payment gateways, and regulators for transaction processing and compliance.
- You further consent to receiving transactional, regulatory, and informational communication via SMS, Email, WhatsApp, or push notifications.
6. Transactions, Fees & Refunds
- Fees, commissions, and charges (if any) will be disclosed transparently before execution.
- Mutual Fund purchases/redemptions and Insurance premium payments are final and irreversible, except where reversal is explicitly permitted by the concerned AMC/Insurer/Regulator.
- Niyyam is not liable for delays, failures, or rejections caused by third-party systems, payment gateways, or regulatory restrictions.
7. Risks & Disclaimers
- Mutual Funds are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
- Insurance is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing insurer. The Company does not underwrite or guarantee claim settlements.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, software, and intellectual property on Niyyam are owned by or licensed to Tech Margon WealthSolutions Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Niyyam shall not be liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from investment or insurance decisions made by users.
- We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions (AMCs, insurers, RTAs, KRAs, payment gateways, etc.).

11. Amendments
Niyyam reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform, and continued use shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The laws of India govern these Terms. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
